Green Power Smoothie

Smoothies are a huge part of my life,  I absolutely love them.  I combine different fruits and veggies together and get more than my daily serving in one drink.
I am constantly switching it up and try mixing different ingredients each day.
This one I am sharing is one of my favorites

Ingredients:

1- 11oz container of Vita Coco coconut water (or water if you choose)
1- Banana (peeled)
1 Apple (peeled)
1 Whole lemon (peeled and seeded)
1 Pear ( peeled)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen Mango
Hand full of Spinach

Put everything into your Blender of Choice.  I use a Vitamix.  One of the best purchases I have made along with my KitchenAid mixer.
Start slow then increase to high for a good minute.
Makes Smoothie for 2
