Crystals

Years ago when I went for my energy healing training I was introduced to working with crystals in my practice.
I will never forget the feeling I had the first time I picked up a crystal, the intense energy and the connection I had with it.
I was truly amazed.
✨🙏✨

Crystals transmit energy & have amazing healing properties.
They allow positive energy to flow into the body & help eliminate negative, toxic energy. Just like Reiki & other forms of alternative therapy crystals work by channelizing your energy levels, & focus on healing your body from the inside.

Crystals have their own frequency, which arise from their molecular composition.
They absorb energy of the sun, moon, and the ocean (all-natural healing energies) & work in uplifting our mood, mind, & health, often in the way essential oils and aromatherapy work.
They act as a magnet, and can absorb the negative energies & then can welcome fresh vibes.

Some of my absolute favorite stones are larimar, amethyst, selenite, lapis lazuli, amazonite and rose quartz.

I love incorporating crystals and essential oils when I do a Reiki or IET session because of how well they all go together to help balance the body.

Here is a tip for any of you that have crystals. Be sure to  exposed them to sunlight or moonlight for 24 to 48 hours.

Salt water is good to cleanse, too, but not for every mineral, as some will dissolve in water.

Selenite is a cleansing mineral, and a self-cleansing crystal. It can be placed underneath other crystals for cleansing, for a day or two.
