Ingredients
- For the bread
- A bag of sliced baguette
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- For the topping
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/8 cup chopped sweet peppers
- 1/8 cup sliced olives
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- For the drizzle
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper (Chili flakes)
Directions
- Smear the baguette slices with butter and grill them. Set aside.
- Keep them warm and crisp by placing in a preheated oven at 200°F.
- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Add mushrooms and sauté for about 2 min.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, spinach and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well. Turn off the heat. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the crushed red pepper (chili flakes) into it.
- When you are ready to serve, top the baguettes with the mixture. Set them onto a platter and drizzle chili oil onto them
